1st Session in Wisma Shalom, Bandung

Hi Guys!!

Today I want to share the words of God given to me in the last retreat in Bandung (March 19-21, 2008). There were 6 sessions with different speakers, and this time I'd like to write first about the first session.



The First Session, by Daniel Krestianto

Mark 5:25-34 talked about the woman which had been bleeding for 12 years. I'm sure all of you, of course, have ever known about this story. Well, but have you ever imagined that this woman did not have courage to face Jesus face to face? That is why, this woman touched Jesus from the back!! She had a broken and bitter heart which made her felt inferior and trauma. It is very important not to keep a bitter feeling inside your heart!!

From this story, we also know that the style of Jesus's life is doing miracles!! It just needs your faith to get miracles and wonderful things from God! You do not have to fast or go to isolated area first to be able to do miracles. It is the Holy Ghost who does those miracles in you! Then, how to make the Holy Ghost works in you? You have to touch heaven with compassion. Heart which is full of love and compassion is the heart of people who touch God's Heart Himself!
Now, after you have the heart which is full of love and compassion, the question is:
Do you still have that Faith?
Do you still believe in miracles?
Do you believe that God wants to "use" you as His tool to reap the ripe souls surronds you?
Do you believe that Jesus's style of life (which is to do miracles) is also our style of life???

You see, that woman was full of faith. She still had the hope to be healthy, though her life is so poor, and I'm sure that she must be very putrid (can you imagine, she has been bleeding for 12 years, and at that era, there was no softex! At that era, a bleeding woman was using red cloth, and that red cloth would be washed when she was not bleeding anymore.. But, how about this woman?? She kept on bleeding all the time! Additionally, a person who kept on bleeding must be very weak, coz she lost her blood so much!)

The next important point is, when problems come, we have to give the right respond and just be calm down! It leads us to be the winner. You know, guys, when we are facing our problems, at the same time, in the world of the spirit, we are watched by both, God and Satan. If our respond is right (we look upon to God, we rely our problems on God, and do not grieve or complaint), God Himself who will finish all our problems! But, if our respond is wrong, at the same time, Satan accusses us and it will block God's Works for us! In the end, it makes us to be the loser!!

Guys, have you ever felt, that you always fall in the same hole? You always do mistakes in the same things, over and over again?? You have to clean your heart, confess to the Lord that you're sinful and far away from Holiness, confess that You need His Help (The Holy Ghost's Help) to make you distant from doing the same sin over and over again, and settle all things to be done just according to God's plan. Say to the Lord, "I just want to live my life according to Your plan! Please, Lord, force me to always do whatever Your plan is, because I know dat God's way is the best way of all."
